This machine uses a peristaltic pump (the liquid is not in contact with the pump body, so the pump body is more durable), and it uses a computer to control the working time and gap time of the pump, automatically set the filling time, and quantitatively fill automatically
Instructions:
Prepare the liquid to be filled, connect the 220v power supply, adjust the filling time, intermittent time, timer, first press the jog switch to test the machine, the motor works normally, press the manual key/foot switch to control the filling machine’s work , Press/step once, the filling machine will work once. Press the automatic button, and the filling machine will work automatically and continuously according to the set time.
Steps:
1. Filling time adjustment
A. Press the set button first, the time flashes, press the increase button 0-9, set the time required for this bit
B. Press right again to shift to the designated position, press the increase key to adjust the time of that position, and repeat the operation
C. Press the unit key to move the decimal point forwards and backwards to determine the unit of time
D. Press the exit key, the setting is complete
2. Intermittent time adjustment is the same as filling time adjustment
3. The adjustment of the timer
A. Press the set button, the timer flashes, press the increase button 0-9 to adjust the number of digits, press the right shift to adjust the number of other digits, and set the required number.
B. Press the mode key, when the light is on, the filling reaches the specified quantity, and the filling machine stops working. When it is not on, work continuously and count continuously.
4. Filling settings
Press the filling setting, the filling machine starts to work, and when the filling reaches the required amount, press the filling setting button, the time displayed on the filling time is the time required to fill the volume.
