FILLING MACHINE HOW TO OPERATE ?
1. Because the filling machine is an automated machine, the dimensions of easy-pull bottles, bottle pads, and bottle caps are required to be uniform.
2. Before driving, you must use the crank handle to turn the machine to see if there is any abnormality in the rotation, and then you can drive after it is confirmed that it is normal.
3. When adjusting the machine, use proper tools. It is strictly forbidden to use excessive tools or excessive force to disassemble parts to avoid damage to the machine parts or affect the performance of the machine.
4. When the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loose screws, and use the shake handle to turn the machine to check whether the action meets the requirements before driving.
5. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to have oil stains, liquid chemicals or glass fragments on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, it must:
⑴During the production process of the machine, remove the liquid medicine or glass fragments in time.
⑵ Clean the surface of the machine once before the shift, and add clean lubricating oil to each activity department.
⑶ It should be scrubbed once a week, especially the places that are not easy to clean in normal use or blown with compressed air.
HOW TO OPERATE ?
1. Loosen the upper and lower set screws, disassemble the liquid injection system for overall disinfection, or disassemble for disinfection and cleaning separately.
2. Put the liquid inlet pipe in the cleaning liquid and start the cleaning.
3. The 500ml model may have errors in actual filling, so the measuring cylinder should be accurate before the formal filling.
4.Needle tube for filling machine, standard 5ml or 10ml syringe for type 10, 20ml glass filler for type 20, and 100ml glass filler for type 100.
HOW TO MAINTAIN ?
1. After the machine is unpacked, first check whether the random technical information is complete and whether the machine is damaged during transportation, so as to solve it in time.
2. Install and adjust the feeding component and the discharging component according to the outline diagram in this manual.
3. Add new lubricating oil to each lubrication point.
4.Rotate the machine with the crank handle to check whether the machine is running in the correct direction (counterclockwise when facing the motor shaft), and the machine must be grounded for protection.
