work process:
Manually pour messy bottles into the lifting hopper. The bottles are lifted into the unscrambler tray. When the unscrambled tray has enough material, the elevator stops conveying the bottles. The vibrating tray has the function of lack of material and the filling head automatically senses the bottles. The rear single-head piston is quantitatively filled. After filling, it enters the automatic lower cap screwing part, and after screwing, it enters the automatic lower cover capping station. After capping is completed, the finished product is ejected by the cylinder. The whole process is controlled by PLC, and the production cycle is automatically completed.
